    It is important to determine the cause of your pain or discomfort. Dr. Seth Kaufmann, PT, DPT is offering a FREE 30 min functional assessment to discuss the treatment plan and set goals that the client prefers to work on and achieve.

  • 60 min Initial Evaluation (1st Visit) - $150

    After spending up to 45 min with Dr. Seth Kaufmann, PT, DPT free-of-charge, Seth is offering the initial evaluation (1st visit), with the treatment being primarily HANDS-ON. Utilizing the free call and functional assessment allows Seth to spend extra time working on your body during the 1st visit and start off the treatment plan with relief and early success.

  • 60 min Follow-up visits - $110

    Dr. Seth Kaufmann, PT, DPT recommends sessions to be 60 min at a time, so he can spend an adequate of time performing hands-on physical therapy, and assure his clients plenty of time for a one-on-one experience. Seth blends hands-on physical therapy with a comprehensive home exercise program that directly addresses the client’s goals.

  • 60 min Personal training - $80

    Did you know that Dr. Seth Kaufmann, PT, DPT does personal training? Ask Seth about setting up a personal training schedule that will fit your weekly lifestyle, and allow you to stay conditioned for sports and other activities.

  • 30 min personal training - $60

    Dr. Seth Kaufmann, PT, DPT also does shorter personal training sessions for those who have a busy life and cannot accommodate a full hour for fitness currently.

Dr. Seth Kaufmann, PT, DPT is now offering MONTHLY PLAN COMMITMENTS! A monthly plan consists of Seth being YOUR concierge healthcare provider for the ENTIRE month of your choice. Seth will see you every day that month (excluding Sundays) for hands-on treatment, sport-specific training, stretching, injury prevention, and any other issue Seth is able to problem solve through with his client. Once purchased, the plan will take effect from date of purchase. Seth will also provide the client with the necessary documentation to allow for reimbursement to the insurance company for physical therapy coverage. Discuss with Seth how visits can be scheduled accordingly to assure you are getting the most value for your money!
